Honey and raspberry vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 65 g of frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of Granja San Francisco honey
  • 2 tablespoons (10 ml) of mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Beat very well. Place in a glass jar and store in the fridge.

You can use it both for
dressing salads and
seasoning meats.
